Your Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to lead our care team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing personalized care plans, ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
- Provide physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities
- Administer medication and maintain confidentiality
- Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, so you will be trained to recognize signs of abuse or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
