Residential Care Lead

Salary: £31,305.20 (inclusive of sleep-ins)
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join our team at the OPSB 6-Bed home in Leek. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and creating positive relationships with children, meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential childcare and working with young people, with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be required to use your leadership skills to supervise staff, lead shifts, and ensure placement plans, policies, and risk assessments are followed.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce (or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience in residential childcare and working with young people.
- A valid driving licence.
- A commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.
