Residential Care Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care and support to children in our residential service.
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for our residents. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the well-being and happiness of our young people.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the residential service, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support.
- To lead and develop a skilled and dedicated team of staff, providing coaching, training, and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver excellent care.
- To work closely with our therapeutic teams to provide individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager who is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to children in need. You will have a strong background in residential childcare, with experience of managing a team and developing policies and procedures. You will be an excellent communicator, able to build relationships with our residents, their families, and other stakeholders. You will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
