Pastoral Care and Inclusion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Assistant to join our team. This role involves working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour in schools.
As a SEN Support Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide support to children with SEMH needs. Your role will involve enabling them to stay on task, manage their behaviour, and engage with their peers and teachers.
We require someone with experience working with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, or other disabilities and needs. You should be able to communicate effectively in tough situations and encourage emotional regulation in pupils.

Estimated Salary: £29,000 - £39,000 per annum
