Job Description: Emergency Response Telecare Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to join our team as an Emergency Response Telecare Coordinator. As the first point of contact for our telecare services, you will play a critical role in providing support and assistance to individuals in potentially life-threatening situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to emergency calls from customers requiring immediate support
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to customers experiencing crisis
- Identify customer needs and arrange necessary interventions or referrals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will be trained in our telecare protocols and procedures, but prior experience in a similar role is beneficial.

Salary: £16.27 per hour (umbrella rate)

Please note that this is a temporary position until 01/02/2025, working a 24/7 rota including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
