Academic Skills Development Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Academic Skills Development Coordinator to join our team at the National Skills Agency.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of learners by delivering high-quality support and guidance.
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to support learners in achieving their academic goals.
- Facilitate small group and one-to-one sessions to deliver targeted interventions and pastoral care.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback to inform teaching practice.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Qualified Teacher or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching and supporting learners with varying needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid DBS check required.
