**Job Summary**

Liberty is seeking a highly skilled Planned Works Contract Manager to lead a team of Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers in delivering commercial and operational excellence in the Wirral area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a team of Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and efficient delivery of operational repairs and contracts.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure the most profitable delivery of multi-discipline teams of trade operatives, agency workers, apprentices, sub-contractors, and contract staff.
  • Manage financial budgets against each contract and ensure consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focussed operational repairs service.
  • Assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of organisations responsive repairs, voids, and planned service activities.
  • Deputise for the Regional Director as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Experienced and competent in all aspects of the building discipline, with a strong background in inspection of repairs, measurement, and specifications of works.
  • Experience working within a social housing environment is highly desirable.
  • Recognised first aid qualification and working knowledge of QL, Open Contractor, and ASSURE are desirable.
  • Appropriate building qualification of HNC Level or equivalent is desirable.
  • Up-to-date SMSTS and IOSH qualifications are essential.
