Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Work Planning Specialist to join our team at Liberty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily work activities to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control daily work activity on our IT system to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Allocate and deliver services to meet business priorities in a cost-effective manner.
  • Collaborate with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframes.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gauge service quality.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and complaints to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to operate a computerized database system.
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and possess strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a social housing environment is highly desirable.
