Work Planning Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control daily work activity on our IT system to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Allocate and prioritize services based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Receive and process incoming work requests from our service center to meet customer expectations.
  • Update our IT system with accurate statistical data to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with our operational teams to ensure timely completion of work and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to gauge our performance and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual with strong administrative skills and experience in database management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is essential, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in the social housing sector is highly valued.
