We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Contract Manager to join our Account Team at Thermatic Technical FM.
As a Technical Contract Manager, you will be a valued member of our Operations Team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the profit and loss of our contracts, ensuring the team's contribution to delivering this goal.
You will serve as the technical advisor, providing support and guidance to our team. Your role will focus on facilitating statutory planned property compliance, small projects, and reactive maintenance in our customers' buildings through the utilization of our large team of in-house engineers, and occasionally the engagement and management of specialist suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the profit and loss of our contracts
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team
- Facilitate statutory planned property compliance
- Manage small projects and reactive maintenance

Requirements:
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Time management
- Leadership and management skills
- Management of field-based engineers assisting in technical escalations and site issues
- Qualified in technical skillset (Mechanical bias)
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commercial awareness of operational performance on contracts
- Actively seek feedback on operational performance, act upon feedback where possible and escalate when needed
- Training of team on technical terminology and lead in-house demonstrations for team and client visits
