We are seeking a Senior Night Care Worker to provide Christian leadership and support as a senior staff member within our service. This role requires a strong commitment to our Christian ethos and a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of care staff and oversee the care provided to service users
  • Assess service needs and develop effective care plans
  • Supervise staff and promote equality and diversity
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Provide management cover when needed and lead daily devotions
  • Handle Health & Safety responsibilities and ensure a safe environment for service users
Requirements
  • HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and working towards a management qualification
  • Relevant experience in a care setting
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use care management software
