Key Responsibilities
- Assessing service needs and supervising staff

- Assisting with staff recruitment, training, and performance management
- Providing management cover when needed and leading daily devotions
- Handling Health & Safety responsibilities
Requirements
- HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3
- Relevant experience and basic computer skills
- Christian faith and ability to work within a Christian ethos
- PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration
