About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at MEvents Cross Media GmbH. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer relationships to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Proactively acquire new customers and nurture long-term business relationships.
  • Product Expertise: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Networking: Travel to client sites and conferences and trade shows to build valuable networks and seize business opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets contributing to both the company's growth and your personal income.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to precisely meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost sales within your designated area.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and sales promotion measures.
  • Negotiation Skills: Lead contract and price negotiations with customers ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular insightful reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements

We seek an experienced sales professional with a deep background in AV and IT solutions for medical congresses. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and formidable sales skills.

  • Proven experience in sales or business development in the area of AV services.
  • An excellent technical understanding and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A bachelor's degree in business engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Having prior experience in the field of medical conferences will facilitate the task at hand.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
