Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive our business growth and customer relationships to new heights. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing long-term business relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to boost sales within your designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Proactively acquire new customers and nurture long-term business relationships through compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and networking.
  • Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, showcasing our B2B technology solutions for medical and scientific conferences.
  • Networking: Travel to client sites and conferences to build valuable networks and seize business opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive developments to effectively position our offerings in the market.
  • Sales Excellence: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both the company's growth and your personal income.
  • Client-Centric Solutions: Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to precisely meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost sales within your designated area.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate on the development of marketing strategies and sales promotion measures.
  • Negotiation Skills: Lead contract and price negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technical team to ensure the smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Performance Reporting: Provide regular, insightful reports on sales activities and performance.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development in the area of AV services.
  • Technical Understanding: Excellent technical understanding and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Having prior experience in the field of medical conferences will facilitate the task at hand.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Negotiation and Presentation Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
