**Job **Summary**:

- As a project leader within the Operations Planning & Controlling team, the main role of the ERP & Projects - Project Leader will be to manage all the ERP support functions including the interface to Regional and Global BPI as well as ERP IT support.
- Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
- Perform as counsellor and coach for ERP solution implementation.
- Leverage ERP system (builds / Hotfixes) to ensure it provides UK & Ire region with proper business solutions and accurate results.
- Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
- Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
- Responsible for embedding all ERP related tools and bolts on technology in the business as per gateOPEX vision and strategy. Carry audits and feedback unit GMs in line with gateOPEX program
- To make data accessible with ease of dashboards and reports
- To optimize the company’s resource and own area of responsibility to achieve the business objectives
- To ensure that the information flow between all internal departments and external customers is consistent, accurate and timely.
- Experience with SharePoint performance technologies
- Responsible for costing activities in the tender process

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**:

- Ensure understanding of responsibilities and functions of key activities i.e. Forecasting, Planning, Operation, Material and Invoicing
- Feedback on work in progress and problems to the OPC Director
- Create and maintain the necessary conditions for a productive, efficient and well-functioning work environment
- To attend department, operational and customer meetings
- Flexible to be relocated as per business need
- Departmental compliance with company rules, regulations and policy

**GGERP (SACS / SAP)**:

- Organise accurate maintenance of SACS workflows and methodology presentation decks
- Liaise with business teams (Commercial, Compliance, Menu Dev., Procurement and Operations) to produce system and data improvement plans
- To coordinate all activities of data building and processing from Basic Articles/ BOM/Sales lines to Invoicing for the assigned customers
- Coordinate Operational Planning /Costing functions in the unit by supporting process with accurate and on time information through SACS
- Support operation on all Schedule, Menu changes, Trials or VIP flights that SACS has up to date information: Bill of Material, prices, cost centres, CPC, Labels etc
- To ensure usage of Pre/Post Cals reports are properly used by controller and report / resolve exceptions

**Business Intelligence and ERP -Bolt On**:

- Evaluate the roll of current business intelligence tools of the UK & Ire region
- Manage and find sustainable solution in business intelligence SACS Customer Invoice vs Customer Billing System (CBS)
- Manage & roll out of PAC+ solutions i.e. FIST, Inventory etc. within key operational units
- Manage & roll out of MDC technology i.e. SDQL, Label Log, Increase / Decrease, Hot Kitchen Transfer etc. across UK & Ire
- Find sustainable solution to transfer current commercial and financial dashboard tools on to business Intelligence platform
- Find sustainable solution to transfer current OPRS and WPRS dashboard tools on to business Intelligence platform i.e. Power BI & MicroStrategy
- Process map any interface required between SACS (ERP) and external clients i.e. Vendors, Customers etc.

**Sharepoint (SP)**:

- Microsoft SharePoint Certification preferred
- Experience with SharePoint Performance point technologies including

SharePoint 2010, WSS 3. 0, Web services, InfoPath Forms services, Excel services, Workflow, and SharePoint Designer
- Participates in all aspects of the planning process for assigned projects.
- Identifies and resolves problems in current systems.
- Provides guidance, functional and technical, to user’s members of the SharePoint site.
- Creates the development methodology and technical strategy for current and future developmental needs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.

**Customer Tenders**:

- To coordinate costing activities in the tender process and all deadlines are met
- To coordinate CPC activities in the tender process and all deadlines are met
- To highlight issues for resources and technical completion of tender
- Good understanding of volumes (flights, passenger figures, rotations etc)
- Provide support to Procurement team, Commercial & Finance
- If successful, ensure details are passed onto relevant departments for implementation
- Understanding of the entire tender process and specific requirements of each customer
- Completion of applicable TAT Model tabs
- Completion of customer specific pricing and price lists
- To commit to and actively participate in any future Unit-wide initiatives, as directed by the Unit Manager or Director
