We seek an experienced sales professional with a deep background in AV and IT solutions for medical congresses. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and formidable sales skills.
- Proven experience in sales or business development in the area of AV services.
- An excellent technical understanding and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A bachelor's degree in business engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Having prior experience in the field of medical conferences will facilitate the task at hand.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
