Key Responsibilities- Provide responsive and professional reception and patient navigation services to our patients.
- Work collaboratively with the Care Navigator team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
- Good basic education to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including email and web-based applications.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work extra hours on occasion, as required.
