We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Navigator to join our team at Air Balloon Surgery. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide responsive and professional reception and patient navigation services to our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Navigator team to ensure seamless patient care and support.
  • Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, patients, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Good basic education to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and external agencies.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, including email and web-based applications.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours on occasion, as required.
