Role Overview

As a Intervention Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides tailored support to students, helping them to develop and thrive in their education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a Safe Learning Environment: Assist in creating and maintaining a safe and structured learning environment that promotes student well-being and engagement.
  • Collaboration and Adaptation: Work with teachers, ABA Therapists, and parents to adapt learning materials to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Progress Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents, ensuring that students receive the necessary support to succeed.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting students with special needs.
  • Fostering Positive Relationships: Build strong, trusting relationships with students, promoting emotional safety and well-being.
  • Classroom Support: Assist with classroom activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating in their learning.
