Second Line Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join our growing team in Exeter. As a Second Line Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues escalated from the 1st Line support team, configuring and installing hardware, and liaising with the 3rd Line team for escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal colleagues, resolving issues escalated from the 1st Line support team.
  • Configure and install hardware, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Liaise with the 3rd Line team for escalated issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT systems, ensuring up-to-date expertise.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a 2nd Line role.
  • Active Directory expertise.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Windows Server experience.
  • Ability to fix and configure hardware.
  • Full UK driving license.
