Job Title: Second Line Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join our growing team in Exeter. As a Second Line Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues escalated from the 1st Line support team, configuring and installing hardware, and liaising with the 3rd Line team for escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal colleagues via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Configure and install hardware and software
  • Liaise with 3rd Line team for escalated issues
  • Document and track technical issues using IT service management tools

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a 2nd Line role
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL
  • Windows Server
  • Experience fixing and configuring hardware
  • Full UK Driving license
