Job Title: Second Line Support Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join our team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. As a Second Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal colleagues and resolving technical issues escalated from the 1st Line support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to internal colleagues via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve technical issues escalated from the 1st Line support team
  • Configure and install hardware and software
  • Liaise with the 3rd Line team for escalated issues
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a 2nd Line role
  • Active Directory
  • ITIL
  • Windows Server
  • Experience fixing and configuring hardware
  • Full UK Driving license
