Senior Wholesale Account Strategist

This pivotal role involves driving the commercial success of Wholesale customers, who are integral to our dynamic growth journey.
- Ensure delivery of Joint Business Plans, Activation and Execution Plans, alongside new listings and distribution targets.
- Own customer trading relationships and execute contact strategies to integrate as a key partner.
- Responsible for building and executing Annual Operating Plans to deliver annual sales revenue plans.
- Utilise trade investment efficiently through negotiation and strategy development to maximise ROI and efficiency.
- Own account forecasting, working with Finance & Demand Planning.
- Manage administration, accounting, invoice validation, deductions, and claims management.
- Manage internal and external data and systems.
- Support in developing and executing new strategies and partnerships to unlock distribution across wholesale and convenience landscapes.
- Drive results, delivering a successful record of results and demonstrating urgency.
- Maintain commercial awareness, understanding business plans, negotiating, and recognising decision impact.
- Ability to set agendas, focusing on customer-centric opportunities and translating activity into executable plans.
- Collaborate and influence internally and externally, building strong customer relationships and communicating persuasively.
- 5+ years of FMCG Sales experience, preferably in Wholesale.
- Well-developed analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent negotiation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Influence and manage large contacts, work with new customers, and build winning solutions.
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. The role requires office presence 2 days a week in Farringdon, London.
