We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Internal Sales Executive to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and building strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities through telesales and occasional field sales
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize potential
  • Generate and calculate freight quotations and tender documents
  • Draft and send sales correspondence to clients
  • Follow up calls to ensure timely closure of sales
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with new clients
  • Manage sales process from initial contact to closure
Requirements:
  • Freight forwarding or export sales experience (ideal but not essential as training is provided)
  • Proven telesales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary of £23,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • Commission-based OTE of £4,000 to £8,000 per annum
  • 22 days annual leave
