About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that offers a wide range of freight forwarding services by air, road, and sea. As a Freight Forwarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing European road freight consignments from start to finish, including calculating freight quotations, completing operational administration, and building relationships with clients and suppliers.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in European road freight/transport, who can provide exceptional customer service and has strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft applications. If you have a proven track record of success in building customer and supplier relationships, and possess numerate skills, we want to hear from you

What You'll Be Doing
  • Calculating freight quotations for export and import freight shipments
  • Completing operational administration, including job cards and sending booking confirmation to suppliers
  • Managing European road freight consignments in transit through to successful completion and delivery
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
