Customer Service Store Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Store Assistant at Stark Danmark A/S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers to the store and provide exceptional customer service, taking an active interest in their projects and needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines and services, enabling you to offer expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Assist with preparing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles, and utilizing a forklift truck to minimize manual handling.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
