About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff to the building, providing an excellent first impression and ensuring customer satisfaction and care amongst clients and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive high-profile visitors and ensure efficient handling to minimize delays in meeting their host or attending their meeting.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional service with a strong emphasis on providing the highest levels of customer care.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Provide information to visitors in a concise and friendly manner.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar role within a corporate environment.
  • A professional manner with excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Enthusiasm, flexibility, and team-working skills.
