Customer Service Representative - Aberdeen Airport

£25,116.00 Per Annum

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Aberdeen Airport. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers with a smile, providing a tailored experience that meets their needs
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Complete report sheets and log sheets as instructed, maintaining accurate records
  • Perform routine maintenance on payment machines and entry/exit barriers, ensuring they are in good working order
  • Conduct regular patrols to ensure compliance with site KPIs
