Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Gregory Distribution. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer orders and manage data entry into our Traffic Management System.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure service levels are met.
  • Communicate service issues directly with customers and agree on corrective action.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers and drivers on a daily basis, requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a pressurized environment.
  • Excellent time management and reliability skills.
  • Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
  • Proficiency in MS packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
