Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Charles Taylor Claims Solutions International team in the UK & EMEA region. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in delivering effective HR solutions that support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with management teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support across the employment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with our group HR strategy.
  2. Develop and implement pragmatic HR solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business, focusing on stakeholder management and commercially viable outcomes.
  3. Provide expert advice and coaching to line managers and senior employees on employment matters, including employee relations, reward, and employee development.
  4. Manage all employment relations issues, adhering to company policy and relevant employment legislation while promoting a culture of inclusion and respect.
  5. Support organizational changes and growth initiatives within your designated business area(s), working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract top talent, reviewing queries regarding employment contracts, and maintaining an effective recruitment process.
  7. Work effectively with the learning and development and talent teams to identify learning needs, develop appropriate learning solutions, and drive succession planning actions.
  8. Contribute to group-wide HR projects and programmes, partnering with HR colleagues to deliver results-oriented initiatives.
Person Specification
  • Proven experience in delivering a full range of HR generalist activities, including employee relations, reward, and employee development.
  • Strong relationship building skills, with experience working at all levels to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Good commercial acumen, with the ability to translate corporate strategy into HR programmes that drive business outcomes.
  • Able to develop innovative HR solutions that address complex people-related challenges.
  • Demonstrates business focus, resilience, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
Benefits
