Job Description:

You will be responsible for attending night visits across Norfolk, providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals in need. As an experienced care worker, you will use your initiative and problem-solving skills to manage various tasks and ensure the highest level of support for each person you visit.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in care (community or care home experience is highly valued)
