Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at StormX Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing generalist support and advisory services to managers and colleagues, as well as leading on employee relations case work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for managers and colleagues, providing generalist support and advisory services on queries, policies, and employment law.
  • Lead on employee relations case work, ensuring that all cases are handled in a fair and timely manner.
  • Ensure that data held on HR systems is accurate and up-to-date, providing timely HR reports and responding to ad hoc data requests.
  • Support all employee life-cycle activities, including recruitment projects, onboarding, training, pay reviews, and leavers process.
  • Support key business-wide HR projects, working closely with the HR Manager to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with managers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
