  • Creating a positive learning culture by fostering engagement and motivation among learners.">
  • Developing and implementing strategies to address technical skill gaps.">
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical training.">

    • Managing the Apprenticeship program, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for apprentices.">
    • Fostering relationships with education providers and stakeholders.">
    • Monitoring progress and providing support to ensure successful completion of the program.">
