Engineering Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Lead to join our Staffordshire based team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Engineering team to deliver high-quality project outcomes and contributing to the company's growth strategy.

The salary range for this position is £60-65k per annum, and we offer a bonus scheme and private healthcare cover. As a hybrid worker, you will have the opportunity to work from home while also being part of a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the Engineering team to deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • To identify and develop new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth strategy
  • To collaborate with other teams to achieve company objectives

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Experience working in a similar role within the engineering industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
