Job Overview:

At Samuel Frank, we are seeking a skilled Requirements Engineer to join our high-calibre engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist engineering business based in Staffordshire, offering a competitive salary of £55-60k, plus 30 days holiday and a bonus scheme. The ideal candidate will have a Degree qualification in Electrical or Controls related subject, or a mechanical background with relevant experience.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position that offers opportunities for progression and flexible working arrangements. As a Requirements Engineer, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and interpreting data and information. Strong written English skills are essential to produce high-quality documentation. Additionally, you will have opportunities to progress into either a Principal level Engineer or take on a commercial role in a strategic advisory capacity.

What We Offer:

Our management team prioritises a healthy work-life balance, ensuring employees leave the office by 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 12:30 on Fridays. You will also receive 30 days holiday per year, plus statutory Bank Holidays. Our offices are conveniently located for those commuting from Stoke, Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Telford, Uttoxeter, and Stone.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must hold a British passport and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years. You will undergo basic-level security clearance as part of the recruitment process.
