We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker for Foster Carers in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will join our Fostering North Team, providing support and supervision to foster carers predominantly residing in the North of Staffordshire.

In this role, you will undertake regular supervision, support, and unannounced visits to approved Foster Carers, including Mainstream Carers and Family and Friend's Foster Carers. Your expertise will be essential in fostering assessments, such as changes of approval, Special Guardianship Orders, long-term fostering assessments, and foster carer annual reviews.

Our team benefits from experienced staff with a wealth of social work knowledge and skills. You will work closely with children's teams and other professionals to ensure good outcomes for our children and young people in care.

The salary for this position is approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also need to hold a current UK driving licence and vehicle. We are committed to safeguarding children and promoting their welfare, and you will be expected to share this commitment.
