Sales Development Lead

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Sales Development Lead to join our team in Staffordshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and exceptional communication skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is between £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Support and foster relationships with customers, providing necessary tools and resources.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training, showcasing equipment features and benefits.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads from substantial customers.
- Utilize engineering knowledge to communicate product value and suitability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product offerings and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide valuable market insights for business growth and product development.
Requirements
- Proven Business Development track record in B2B sales.
- Exceptional communication skills with strong customer relations.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel across the UK.
- Practical working knowledge of Mechanical &/or Electrical Engineering.
- Living within a commutable distance of Stafford, Staffordshire.
- Experience of utilizing a CRM system (desirable).
- Ambition, passion, and motivation to do a great job.
