Regional Sales Development Manager

The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is a fast-growing company that is expanding rapidly in the foodservice sector. We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Midlands region.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the Midlands region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foodservice field sales and a proven track record of success in new business development.
Responsibilities:
- Selling Food into the Foodservice End Users
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers in the region
- Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
- Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
Requirements:
- You MUST have experience within Foodservice Field Sales
- You will be looking to move forward to a new challenge and not running away from something
- You must have a genuine passion for the industry
- You will have fantastic relationship building skills
- You must be tenacious and willing to apply the work ethic required to be successful
- You will incredibly driven and have the desire to work in a people-centric environment
- You will live within a commutable distance to the Midlands
Benefits:
- An attractive basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
