OEM Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced OEM Commercial Director to lead our sales efforts in the OEM channel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing relationships with OEM partners.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive profitable growth in the OEM channel.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners at senior levels, conducting regular business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management/business development, with a focus on OEM channels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading high-performing sales teams.
Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
