Job Description

Innova Solutions International is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Engineering Lead to join our team in Stafford, Staffordshire. As a key member of the Product Engineering Development department, you will be responsible for leading engineering activities as part of the diesel products development activity.

This role involves:

  1. Overseeing engine performance calibration and data analysis.
  2. Developing and implementing effective solutions to optimize engine performance and reduce emissions.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a degree in engineering or a related field and three years of experience in diesel engine performance optimization. You should have expertise in tools such as Vector Suite and experience with emissions measurement hardware like Horiba MEXA and Sierra/Cambustion Particulate Analysers.

Estimated Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a hybrid working arrangement with flexibility around remote working and no set days.
