Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the study structure and processes for Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAMS) studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining RAMS study structure and processes;
  • Monitoring the performance of RAMS processes;
  • Tracking and reporting to the Project Directorate the status of the action list;
  • Participating in cross-functional Gate Reviews and presenting RAMS dashboards;
  • Chairing the D Model Review for Maintainability;
  • Leading engagement with OEMs and relevant interface control documents;
  • Leading logistics interface and maintainability deliverables;
  • Escalating SHE related risks to the GSC Technical Director and SHE Coordinator.

Health and Safety: Our team member will actively promote the identification of hazards and EHS risks in their area of operation and objects of design, providing insights to leaders, customers, and colleagues on safety and systems product integrity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent from an accredited institution;
  • Proven substantial knowledge and practical experience in performing reliability engineering in different industries.
