Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Coach to join our team at the National Skills Agency.

About the Role:

  • Deliver training programs that meet the needs of adult learners in the rail industry.
  • Develop schemes of work, program timelines, and assessment schedules for cohorts.
  • Create individual learning plans that support learners' needs.
  • Set assessments and record attendance in OneFile.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop contextualized delivery materials for the classroom and online.
  2. Assist in implementing day-to-day departmental processes and systems.
  3. Engage with quality assurance procedures to ensure standards are met.
  4. Undertake additional tasks as necessary to support high-quality services.
  5. Keep abreast of current and emerging policy, key issues, and themes in the rail industry and leadership & management.
  6. Respect confidentiality of apprentice and commercial information.

Requirements:

  • Experience in teaching adult education using andragogical methods.
  • Able to engender confidence in adult learners and employers.
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
