Learning Support Coach

We are committed to providing exceptional student support, and we are seeking a skilled Learning Support Coach to join our team. This role involves working closely with students, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless support services. The salary for this position is £16,055 - £17,541 actual per annum.
Key Responsibilities:- Contact parents/guardians/carers of tutees within 6 weeks of the new academic year and throughout the course.
- Utilise the College monitoring system to provide appropriate support.
- Support students with personal, domestic, or social difficulties and signpost them to additional support when necessary.
- English & Maths GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with Higher Education / UCAS application processes.
- Pension contributions up to £7,718 (Local Government Pension Scheme).
- 24 days (pro rata) annual leave per year, rising to 30 following 5 years' service.
