Assistant Psychologist Opportunity

Cygnet Healthcare is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Psychologist to join our team in Scotland. This role will involve working across various sites, providing psychological care and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional Lead Psychologist in delivering effective services that meet Cygnet's Healthcare objectives and national strategic guidelines.
  • Administer and score psychometric assessments, and write reports.
  • Conduct standardised risk assessments and clinical formulation.
  • Provide supervised individual and group interventions.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of therapeutic boundaries and clinical risk.
  • Experience working in mental health services and settings.
  • Postgraduate training in applied psychology and mental health is desirable.
