North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in the Psycho-Oncology Department. As a Highly Specialist Clinical Counselling Psychologist, you will provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and therapies to clients with cancer-related problems.

This is a part-time, permanent post that offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. You will need to have a Doctoral level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, as well as registration with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Salary: £59,490 - £66,239 per annum (pro rata) inclusive of HCAS.

Main Duties
  • Provide specialist psychological assessments, formulations, and therapies to clients with cancer-related problems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of local resources and relationships with relevant statutory, voluntary, and community groups and organisations.
  • Develop and propose innovative responses to identified community needs in collaboration and consultation with senior colleagues.
