Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Psychological Therapist - CAMHS to join their client hospital in the South West London area.

About the Position

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled therapist to provide a psychology service for patients with childhood eating disorders. As a clinician within the CAMHS Eating Disorders Services of the hospital, you will be working autonomously, exercising professional responsibility for the psychological assessment and treatment of clients in accordance with the policies of the service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a psychology service for patients with childhood eating disorders.
  • Exercise autonomous professional responsibility for the psychological assessment and treatment of clients.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience of the application of clinical/counselling psychology in different cultural contexts, as well as experience of working in a clinical/counselling psychologist service with children and adolescents with mental health problems. A high-level knowledge of the theory and practice of at least two specialised psychological therapies is also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The successful Psychological Therapist - CAMHS will receive an excellent salary of £48,250 - £58,250 FTE. This exciting position is a permanent part-time role working 22 hours per week.
