About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced psychological therapists to join our Staff Psychological Wellbeing Service. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert short-term psychological therapy and contribute to team and group interventions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provision of expert psychological services to NHS staff
  • Contribution to team and group interventions
  • Development and facilitation of psycho-educational programs

Requirements

  • Recognized professional qualification in Counselling or Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Current membership of an appropriate professional body
  • Accreditation with an appropriate professional body
  • Working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic models
