Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead and manage a team of mental health professionals, providing expert guidance and supervision to ensure excellent patient care.
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
  • To conduct thorough assessments, formulating diagnoses and developing evidence-based interventions to address complex mental health needs.
Requirements
  • A Doctorate-level qualification in Clinical or Counselling Psychology or BABCP-accredited CBT Therapist.
  • Significant post-qualification experience of working in community mental health settings, with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus additional benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
