About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Sales Manager to join our team at Pan Pacific London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing new clients and retaining existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual budget and sales goals
  • Conduct hotel site visits and participate in familiarization trips
  • Coordinate the enquiry cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, including pricing and space allocation
  • Upsell and cross-sell hotel services to maximize revenue
  • Align customer and event profiles with suitable hotel products

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event sales and management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market
