About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Event Sales Manager to join our team at Pan Pacific London. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing new clients and retaining existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve annual budget and sales goals
- Conduct hotel site visits and participate in familiarization trips
- Coordinate the enquiry cycle from initial contact to contract signing
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, including pricing and space allocation
- Upsell and cross-sell hotel services to maximize revenue
- Align customer and event profiles with suitable hotel products
Requirements
- Proven experience in event sales and management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and local market
