As a key member of our Sales and Events Team, you will be responsible for supporting our commercial office across EMEA and working closely with our hotels in the London region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales and Events Team with reporting and administration tasks
  • Develop a strong understanding of commercial data and learn how to communicate effectively with the team
  • Prepare presentations for team meetings and take on new event enquiries to win business
  • Support the reservations team with their inbox and assist hotels with commission invoices

  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Confident telephone manner and ability to perform IT tasks
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
