About the Role

This Receptionist position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at the Association of Dogs & Cats Home. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our team in achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing outstanding customer service via telephone, face-to-face, email, and other communication channels.
  • Supporting the team in building positive relationships within the local community.

Requirements:

  • Salary: A minimum of £25,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
  • Experience: Prior administration or customer service experience is essential.
  • Skills: An ability to work effectively as part of a strong, flexible team with excellent communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Contract Type: Permanent - 35 hours per week, every other weekend initially moving to one weekend in three.
